Greg Gipson is the Managing Director & Head of ETFs at CIBC Global Asset Management (CIBC GAM) - a top 100 global asset manager with over 200 investment professionals managing more than C$300 billion in assets. Greg leverages his deep expertise in ETF-based portfolio construction and systematic investment strategies to advance the organization’s global ETF business. With a proven track record of building and scaling investment platforms, Greg’s leadership is instrumental in the organization’s product platform evolution which is grounded in innovation and client-focus and serves wealth and institutional clients across Canada, the US and globally.

Trevor began his entrepreneurial path at Queen’s University (B.Sc. MechEng, ’17) with a student holiday-shuttle service, then ran a boutique dev agency for Canadian SMEs, and later served as CTO & co-founder of the venture platform StartupFuel. His current work sits at the intersection of Gen AI, community incentives, and capital markets.
